And if you’re curious about new tools and equipment to complement your upgraded Packout system, you’ll be pleased to know that numerous new Milwaukee offerings are on the way for 2026.

Some items will hit the shelves sooner than others, encompassing a wide array of tools and accessories expected to land in the upcoming weeks. This slew of new equipment caters to various trades including carpentry and electrical work. Additionally, there are new safety products that anyone, be it a professional or a casual user, will find valuable, along with plenty of options for customization.

Next month, Milwaukee is launching a completely new category of tools designed to attract metalworkers, plumbers, construction personnel, and others. Here is a roundup of seven exciting Milwaukee tools and accessories arriving in April 2026.

1 ⅝-inch Ratcheting Pipe Cutter and Blade

Milwaukee’s range of plumbing tools also includes cordless rod cutters and pipe threaders, but they don’t lag when it comes to hand tools essential for pipefitting. This April, the brand is expanding its offerings to include an upgraded version of its 1-⅝-inch Ratcheting Pipe Cutter along with a replacement blade available for separate purchase.

The Milwaukee 1 ⅝-inch Ratcheting Pipe Cutter is versatile, suitable for PVC, CPVC, ABS, PEX, and rubber hoses. It features an all-metal handle, and the stainless steel blade promotes durability and precision with minimal effort required. A notable enhancement is the switch to a one-handed side lock from the previous model’s bottom lock position. The cutter maintains an integrated lanyard hole for storage and portability.

The one-handed quick blade release facilitates easy blade replacements. To further enhance user convenience, replacement blades will be sold alongside this tool. The replacement blade mirrors the durable stainless steel design of the original blade, ensuring users can quickly swap them out.

12-inch and 300-mm Magnetic Combination Squares

When it comes to measuring tools, Milwaukee offers a range of tape measures, but conventional measuring tapes can’t provide the versatility that a combination square can. This handy tool is ideal for quickly checking angles, transferring precise measurements, and fine-tuning machine setups, such as aligning saw blades and drill bits with workpieces.

Releasing in April, the Milwaukee 12-inch Magnetic Combination Square incorporates two rare earth magnets for secure adhesion to metal surfaces, enabling users to focus on measurement without distractions. It boasts a stainless-steel, precision-etched blade and machined working surfaces at both 45 and 90 degrees. The larger head design promotes accuracy while easily sliding along the ruler. For better visibility, the level vial is also oversized, and there’s a scribe hole at the 1-inch mark along with onboard scribe pin storage.

The two sides of the blade are marked up to 12 inches. One side includes 1/16-inch increments, while the opposite side features 1/32-inch increments for enhanced precision. Also noteworthy is the launch of a 300-mm Magnetic Combination Square to cater to customers who prefer metric measurements.

8-20 AWG Dipped Grip Wire Stripper & Cutter

Entering the electrical trade, Milwaukee introduces the 8-20 AWG Dipped Grip Wire Stripper & Cutter this April. The brand already offers a variety of wire strippers and cutters, but this version includes distinctive V-shaped blades that may entice electricians and DIY enthusiasts to consider another addition to their toolkit.

Designed for clean stripping and a precise fit for copper wires and non-metallic cables, the V-shaped blades are spring-assisted and built from durable materials. It can handle cutting 8-18 gauge solid and 10-20 gauge stranded AWG wire, featuring high-contrast white markings on black metal for easier visibility in dim lighting. The device also integrates threaded bolt shears (6-32 and 8-32) and wire looping holes, allowing users to maximize efficiency without changing tools. Furthermore, it includes a tether hole for convenient lanyard attachment.

The Milwaukee 8-20 AWG Dipped Grip Wire Stripper & Cutter is manufactured at their comprehensive facility in West Bend, Wisconsin, with the company promoting this device, along with select pliers and screwdrivers, as ‘American-made.’ With “USA” prominently displayed on the labeling, Milwaukee aims to appeal to domestic consumers interested in locally sourced tools devoid of any extra tariffs.

Milwaukee is launching an entirely new category of abrasive wheels

One of the significant introductions from Milwaukee in 2025 was its M18 Fuel 4.5-6-inch braking grinder. This year, the brand is enhancing the utility of this tool by introducing a comprehensive range of abrasive wheels compatible with the cordless grinder. This marks a new category of tools for Milwaukee, rolling out in April with 100 distinct products. The lineup will feature cutting, grinding, and combo wheels varying from 4 to 16 inches in diameter, priced between $2 and $23 each.

In contrast to smaller discs, these wheels are engineered for more rapid and intensive material removal, ensuring consistent performance, swift cuts, and extended lifespan so users can avoid frequent replacements. The abrasive wheels are categorized into three performance tiers, which include metal and masonry cut-off wheels, as well as dual cut & grind and metal grinding options.

The second tier encompasses Milwaukee’s Ceramic+ line, promising to cut and remove material up to double the speed of standard wheels, permitting a smoother finish and improved efficiency, especially when working with metal and stainless steel. These Ceramic+ wheels boast longer life spans than their ceramic counterparts while requiring less input force during grinding. The third tier is the Performance+ line, with wheels created to last up to five times longer and deliver quicker cuts utilizing zirconia grain, maintaining sharpness throughout use for optimized material removal and smoother finishes.

New Milwaukee safety glasses for customizable jobsite eye protection

In addition to its extensive line of tools, accessories, and storage solutions, Milwaukee also provides a variety of apparel, including eye protection gear for the jobsite. As spring approaches, workers will have access to a wider selection of safety glasses, crucial for anyone working in hazardous conditions, whether on a construction site or in a home workshop. The new glasses will be available in two primary styles: wraparound and full-frame, with several variations for each to cater to individual preferences.

Both designs boast durable anti-scratch lenses that meet ANSI Z87+ standards, ensuring resilience against rapid impacts and debris. The wraparound models are also CSA Z94.3 rated, providing a broader field of view and lateral protection. Alternatively, the full-frame glasses come equipped with removable side shields to shield against debris from various angles. However, unlike the wraparound variants, they lack flexible nose pads for enhanced comfort.

Both styles feature soft temple arms for added comfort around the ears and are offered in three different lens types: mirrored, tinted, and clear. Moreover, each set will showcase a unique lens color unavailable in the other; specifically, the full-frame safety glasses will feature blue-tinted mirrored lenses while the wraparound models will have a red mirrored lens that aligns with Milwaukee’s branding. All variants of safety glasses are expected to launch in April, with prices ranging from $35 to $45.
